Our Promise
At Kicotan Acupuncture, we value the care, creativity, and energy that go into every item we design. Each piece of merchandise—whether a mug, hoodie, or accessory—is made especially for you through our trusted printing partner, Printify. Because all products are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or preference changes. However, we will always make things right if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong design:

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
(Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be fulfilled.)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of Printify products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-made or personalized merchandise

Items that have been worn, used, or washed

Sale or clearance items

Digital downloads or eBooks

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of placement, as production begins shortly after the order is received. After that period, we are unable to stop fulfillment or issue a refund.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen shipping issues. However, if your item does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation. You will receive a notification once your refund or replacement has been issued.
